Lexology The CEO of the UK based Carbon Harvesting Corporation (CHC), Mike Foster, has been arrested by the City of London Police's Overseas Anti-Corruption Unit, following an investigation by Global Witness into a bribery allegation in Liberia involving the trade of carbon credits.
