The 19^th AP Seminar will be organized to convene climate change negotiators to discuss major negotiation issues from a technical point of view, in order to promote understanding standing about them regardless of country positions in the negotiations. At this time, proposed issues to be discussed includes, but not limited to, as follows;

・NAMA in a MRV manner
・GHG inventory and national communications
・Synergy between climate change and biodiversity
